QQI Level 4 Information & Technology Skills Course 4N1125
- Online Course via LMS including introduction to Zoom and Moodle navigation.
- Computer Basics knowledge and terminology including hardware and software.
- Microsoft Online courses in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Data entry application, minimum speed of 15 words per minute.
- Manage files, folders or directories using a range of common file management features.
- Use a range of functions in a webmail application to create, reply, cc, bcc, and add attachments to emails.
- Navigate specific internet sites through a browser and understand how the internet works.
- QQI Certificate

What is QQI?
Entry Criteria
- Learners must be a resident of Ireland / based in Ireland.
- As this QQI level 4 qualification is delivered through English it is necessary learners will have sufficient written English skills to complete this course. Contact us for further information.
IT Skills and Equipment Required
- Basic working knowledge of computers & access to a computer with internet access is required to do the course.
- Word processing software, such as MS Word or Google Docs.
- Course includes video, therefore your computer must be capable of playing video and sound.
- Working Camera and Mic for Tutor Support.
Assessment
- The course 4N1125 Information Technology Skills is assessed in the following ways, with the following weighting;
- Examination - Theory 20%
- Examination - Practical 80%
